As the worlds largest democracy gears up for the election. There is a widespread concern for safety in the countries. Militant and terrorists groups have may plan to attack the people during the election. The government is not sparing any effort in providing safety to the people. India has had a very low vote percentage, but this year there has been a determined effort among the ngos and other groups to raise the vote percentage. It remains to seen whether the security issues might bring prove detremental to the vote percentage.
