It was a sad day in New York; a gunman went on a rampage in an immigration centre in New York. He managed to kill thirteen and also injure many. The gun man later killed himself. A taleban leader is believed to have contacted a news agency to claim responsibility for the attacks. This attack has been one of many attacks which has taken place in the recent past. This attack has sparked debate on whether the there is need to tighten the laws for acquiring arms.
